In JULY and AUGUST is the RENTAL PERIOD 2 weeks
The RENTAL GUARANTEE is € 250,00
In all our prices, our unique service is included:

- no search, you get all necessary and useful explanations and information
- you will always receive a clean apartment, perfectly maintained, ready to enjoy your holiday.
- we only ask to clean the apartment with care when leaving the apartment so that the next holidaymakers also receive a clean and well maintained apartment.
- you will receive a telephone number where you can always go for your questions during your stay
- a personal contact when leaving the apartment
- a clear settlement of your deposit and full refund within 14 days after the end of the rental period if there is no damage
TO GET THEM BY THE TENANT:
- bed linen for 2-bed: fitted sheet (bed = 1m60), 2 pillowcases and duvet cover
- bed linen for 2 x single bed: fitted sheet, pillowcase and duvet cover

CLEANING:
You will always receive a well-maintained apartment.
You appreciate the cleanliness and cleanliness of the apartment, the bathroom, the kitchen utensils, ..., the next guest who comes after you appreciates this too!
That is why we ask for the apartment to be cleaned with the necessary care and attention when leaving the apartment (vacuuming and mopping all rooms, cleaning windows, cleaning all sanitary facilities, emptying the garbage bin and depositing all garbage in the provided garbage storage, the dishes to empty the dishes and put everything back in the cupboard, also pay attention to the kitchen pans and bowls.The next guest who comes after you also appreciate clean kitchen utensils.

If the apartment is not or insufficiently clean, we will be obliged to deduct the extra cleaning costs from the rental guarantee.
